The flowers were not picked up from their distribution warehouse by their delivery service and were never sent. Customer Service cancelled my credit card charge and promised to send free flowers to my wife. No free flowers ever came, instead I recieved an email questionnaire asking how I liked the Valentine's Day flowers I ordered. I responded negatively to the email and have not had a reply to date. To add further aggravate the situation, I keep getting more email requests to order flowers from them for other occassions. I shall not order from them again, since I would not trust them a second time.
